Transactions

In the dynamic ecosystem of our online marketplace, transactions are facilitated through a robust virtual currency system known as "Credits." This system provides a secure and efficient way for users to engage in buying and selling activities within the platform. Here’s how transactions work:

1. BALANCES

Every user account on our platform has a credit balance associated with it. Users have full control over their credit balances. They can monitor their balance, top up credits when needed, and track expenditures to manage their spending effectively. Users can acquire credits through various means such as:

  • Purchasing Credits: Users have the option to buy credits using traditional payment methods like credit/debit cards or electronic transfers.

  • Earned Credits: Credits can also be earned through activities such as selling items, participating in promotions, or completing specific tasks defined by the platform.

2. MAKING PURCHASES

When users find an item they wish to purchase, they can proceed to purchase it using their credits. The platform deducts the appropriate amount of credits from the buyer's account. This deduction occurs in real-time to ensure seamless and immediate transaction processing.

3. SELLING

For sellers, the process involves listing items for sale and specifying the credit amount required for each item. When a buyer purchases an item, the credits are transferred from the buyer's account to the seller's account automatically upon completion of the transaction with a 20% marketplace fee. Sellers can then use these credits for other purchases on the platform.

4. PROMOTIONS

From time to time, the platform may offer promotions or bonuses where users can earn additional credits through special offers or referral programs.

5. LISTINGS AND TRANSACTIONS

Users may create listings for goods or services. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy of any content posted on the Platform. Transactions conducted on the Platform are solely between the buyer and seller, and we are not a party to such transactions.

6. THIRD-PARTY TERMS

Payments for goods or services are handled and governed by Stripe and are subject to their terms, which can be viewed at https://stripe.com/legal/ssa. Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of Stripe for payment processing. We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing.
