1. NO CURRENCY EXCHANGE

At Party Social, we utilize a virtual currency system to facilitate transactions within our marketplace. This virtual currency is exclusively for use within our platform and holds no intrinsic monetary value outside of it. Users should understand that our virtual currency cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, goods, or services outside of our platform. Any attempt to do so is strictly prohibited.

2. USAGE LIMITATIONS

Virtual currency can be used solely for transactions within the confines of Party Social's marketplace. Users cannot transfer, sell, or exchange virtual currency with other users or external parties.

3. NON-TRANSFERABLE

Virtual currency holdings are non-transferable and cannot be transferred between user accounts. Any attempt to transfer virtual currency between accounts or to external platforms is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for the management and security of their virtual currency holdings. Party Social is not liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of virtual currency resulting from user negligence or inadequate security measures.
